Pastalaya is a twist on Jambalaya and in our case it is a mix of Cajun French and Italian. It is definitely a favorite to all our customers under the age of 20 lol.  It makes a quick and easy meal when you are in a rush. Like Jambalaya you can add whatever meat you like.
